Programme Questions
Most programmes require 5-8 hours weekly, including live sessions and independent work. We provide detailed schedules before enrolment so you can plan accordingly. Self-paced options offer more flexibility but require self-discipline to maintain momentum.
Upgrades are possible within the first two weeks of a programme, with the difference in fees applied. Downgrades are not typically available once the programme begins, but we handle each situation individually.
Full refunds are available up to 14 days before programme start. Within 14 days of start, 50% refund applies. After the programme begins, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for documented exceptional circumstances.
Yes. Programmes over £1,000 can be split into monthly instalments at no additional cost. Corporate billing and purchase orders are also accommodated. We work with you to find a payment approach that suits your circumstances.
Organisations enrolling three or more participants receive 10% discount. Five or more participants qualify for 15% discount. Larger groups should enquire about corporate training packages, which may offer better value and customisation options.
