Programme Enrolment
Booking and Payment
Programme bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or completion of purchase order procedures for corporate clients. Prices are as stated at the time of booking and include VAT where applicable.
Payment plans are available for qualifying programmes as described on our website. Failure to maintain scheduled payments may result in suspension of access until the account is brought current.
Cancellation and Refunds
Our cancellation policy provides:
- More than 14 days before start: Full refund of fees paid
- 7-14 days before start: 50% refund of fees paid
- Less than 7 days before start: No refund, but transfer to future cohort may be possible
- After programme begins: Considered on a case-by-case basis for documented exceptional circumstances
Refunds are processed within 14 days of approval using the original payment method.
Programme Changes
We reserve the right to:
- Make reasonable changes to programme content to maintain quality and relevance
- Substitute instructors with equally qualified alternatives
- Change delivery format with reasonable notice
- Cancel programmes due to insufficient enrolment, offering full refunds or transfers
Learner Responsibilities
Participation
Enrolled learners are expected to:
- Attend scheduled sessions or notify us of unavoidable absences
- Complete assignments within specified timeframes
- Participate constructively in discussions and group activities
- Maintain respectful communication with instructors and fellow learners
- Use learning platforms and materials in accordance with these terms
Academic Integrity
All work submitted must be your own unless collaborative work is specifically permitted. Plagiarism, cheating, or misrepresentation of work will result in:
- First instance: Written warning and requirement to resubmit
- Second instance: Failure of the assessment component
- Serious or repeated instances: Removal from programme without refund
Code of Conduct
Harassment, discrimination, or behaviour that disrupts the learning environment is not tolerated. We investigate reported incidents and take appropriate action, which may include removal from programmes.
Certification
Award of Certificates
Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of programme requirements, which may include attendance, assignments, and assessments. Specific requirements are detailed in programme information.
Verification
We maintain records for certificate verification purposes. Employers or other parties may verify credentials through our designated verification process.
Misuse
Fraudulent claims of credentials or alteration of certificates may be reported to relevant authorities and will result in permanent exclusion from our programmes.
